About the service, and who provides it

Tafseela is a wedding-planning app: a dowry dashboard and preparation tasks, the wedding-day schedule, a countdown, and a shareable gift list. It is an organising tool — never an intermediary in any purchase or payment between you, your guests or any store, and never financial advice.

The service is provided and owned by Tafseela.

Who operates the service: Tafseela is operated by tafsilah farah Establishment (مؤسسة تفصيلة فرح), Commercial Registration No. 7054948034, national address: Building 3224, Barhan Al Deen Al Murshidi St., Tuwaiq Dist., Riyadh 14928, Additional No. 6133 (short address RKWC3224). It is the controller of your personal data.

By using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy; together they are the agreement between us.

Eligibility and age

The service is for adults (18 and over) who have the legal capacity to contract. By using it, you confirm that you are.

Anyone below that age may use the service only with a guardian's consent and under their supervision, so far as the laws of the Kingdom allow. We may suspend an account that turns out to have been created otherwise, and delete its data.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your mobile number. You are responsible for your device and your number, and for everything done inside your account. We never ask for a password, and we will never ask you for your sign-in code in a message or a call — never share that code with anyone.

If you lose your number or your device, write to the address above as soon as you can.

Subscription and free trial

The free trial inside the app: you get a 7-day free trial, starting when you activate it in the app. There is no payment method and no subscription behind it: at its end the paid features stop, nothing is charged to you, and the subscription page appears if you want to continue. This trial is given once per phone number — even if the account is deleted and a new one is created with the same number.

The paid subscription: three plans are available — one month, six months and twelve months. Each plan's price is shown in the app before you buy, as your store sets it in your currency, and that is the amount charged. Prices may change, and the price in force is always shown before you confirm a purchase.

Payment happens inside the app through Apple or Google only. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and it is charged to your store account.

If a plan you buy from the store includes a trial period granted by the store itself, that one converts to a paid subscription automatically at its end unless you cancel before then — which is different from the in-app trial above.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation is managed from the subscription settings in the Apple or Google store; we cannot cancel on your behalf. Refunds follow that store's own policy.

When a subscription ends your data is kept, and it is all there when you renew.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, or from the Delete account page on our website if the app is no longer on your device. We send a confirmation code to your mobile number — or to your registered email if it cannot be delivered — and then the deletion is immediate and final: your details, your wedding, your gift list and its photos and your guests' reservations are erased, it cannot be undone, and we keep no copy to restore for you.

⚠️ Deleting your account does not cancel your store subscription. Cancel it in your store's settings before deleting your account, or it will keep renewing and charging your store account even though you no longer have an account in the app.

Exactly what is erased is set out in the Privacy Policy.

The content you add

What you write and upload stays yours. You give us a limited permission to store and display it inside the app, and to show your first name and your gift list with its prices on the share page if you create a link. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm that what you upload infringes nobody's rights and breaks no law in force in the Kingdom, and that you are not uploading someone else's personal data without their knowledge.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for any unlawful purpose, to attempt access to other people's accounts, to send unsolicited messages through share links, or to disrupt the service or work around its technical limits. Accounts that do may be suspended, and we will warn you first where we can.

Third-party links and content

The service shows Recommendation cards that we choose, and lets you add store links to your own gifts. Those links open sites we neither own nor operate.

We are not a party to any purchase made there, and we do not guarantee a product's availability, price, quality or returns policy; opening any of them puts you under that site's own terms and privacy policy. A recommendation card does not imply a commercial relationship with the site's owner unless it says so explicitly.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". The amounts, tasks and schedules in it are yours; we are not responsible for a financial decision taken on the basis of them, nor for an outage at a third party such as a store or a messaging provider, nor for a share link reaching someone you did not intend after you have shared it.

Nothing in this clause limits a liability that the law of the Kingdom does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For any substantive change we raise the version number and show you the new text inside the app before you continue. You are always free to stop using the service and delete your account if a change does not suit you.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If your complaint concerns your personal data, start by writing to us; after that you have the right to complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) through the channels it publishes at https://sdaia.gov.sa.
